STATS Architecten BV is located in Schiedam (Province of South Holland) and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 75083825. STATS Architecten BV works as an architectural firm in the sector "Engineers and other technical design and advice".

Personal data that we hold

By using the services of STATS Architecten BV, we have access to your personal data. The data we have is:

  • (business) name and address details

  • First and last name

  • phone number

  • E-mail address

  • Function

  • Sex

  • Financial data (of our creditors and debtors)

 

What do we use this data for

Personal data of our business relations is processed in order to provide our products and services in a good and effective manner. The personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

  • To allow you to use our services

  • To enter into and maintain a business relationship with you

  • To be able to send invoices and to administer payments

  • To communicate with you about our services

 

Applicants

In order to make a well-considered decision about whether or not to hire an applicant, the personal data of the applicant is collected and processed. These will be removed no later than 4 weeks after the end of the application procedure. If the applicant agrees, his or her data will be kept for a maximum of 6 months in case another suitable position becomes available.

 
How long do we store this data

If you no longer wish to use our services, we can delete your data after 10 years. We are legally obliged to keep your data for 10 years.

Protection of your data

The personal data that we have is stored digitally. The computers where your data is stored are protected with antivirus software and with a username and password. If (one of) these computer(s) is stolen or hacked, we will report a so-called "data leak" to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We are legally obliged to do this.

Sharing data with third parties

In relation to projects it may be necessary to share your data with:

  • A municipality

  • An advisor

  • A contractor

  • An installer

  • Similar companies or agencies

 

We do not use your e-mail address for advertising purposes and sending newsletters. Your data will not be shared with third parties in any way, unless you have given written permission for this.

 

Publicity Purposes

In relation to projects, STATS Architecten BV reserves the right to publicize them for publicity purposes. This includes publishing project-related images, photos, videos and text. No privacy-sensitive information will be shared here, unless this has been agreed in writing in advance.

 

Website

Our website does not store any personal or privacy-sensitive information.

 

No cookies

This website does not use cookies. Our website does keep statistics, but they do not contain any privacy-sensitive information. The only thing that is saved is:

  • Visitor numbers

  • Country of origin

  • Hosting provider (for example Zeelandnet)

  • Visited pages of our website

  • Time of the visit

 

None of the above data can be linked to you as a person by us, because we do not store IP addresses and you do not have to enter any personal data on our website.

 

Change or view personal data

 

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@stats.nl. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within 2 weeks.
